LAWS & FORUM:
This Notice is governed by and enforceable under the laws of France, excluding its conflict of rules provisions. Any dispute arising there from that cannot be resolved amicably shall be settled by the courts of Paris in France. If Customer is located outside of Europe, any dispute arising there from that cannot be resolved amicably shall be settled by commercial and economical courts of Paris, France.

MODIFICATIONS:
Broadpeak reserves the right to make corrections, modifications, enhancements, improvements, and other changes to its Items and services, as well as its Documentation at any time and to discontinue any product or service without notice. Customers, and any user should obtain the latest relevant information before placing orders and should verify that such information is current and complete.

Broadpeak Software Copyright Notice - © – Broadpeak, S.A. All Rights Reserved - Broadpeak software product which are or may be made available hereunder contains proprietary information, which is confidential and trade secret of Broadpeak, SA.

It is protected by intellectual property as an unpublished work under applicable copyright laws and international conventions. Certain functionalities and/or features of such program may also be subject to some patent and pending patent applications.

Unless expressly otherwise agreed in writing by Broadpeak, such as under commercial agreement executed by authorized representative of Broadpeak, the use of the software product and its documentation is strictly limited to your own internal evaluation of such program and its functionalities for potential collaboration with Broadpeak. User shall retain this program, documentations, and materials in confidence and is not allowed to make any other copy, decompile, reverse engineer, disassemble, and attempt to derive the source code of, modify, or create derivative works of the program, any update, or any part thereof, other than as expressly permitted or expressly made mandatory by applicable laws.
